About PHI
The Public Healthcare Initiative (PHI) enables public entities to join together to access efficiencies in the healthcare market. PHI’s purpose is to promote cooperative agreements and activities among its members. This is accomplished by purchasing supplies and services, supporting healthcare, dental, vision, life, and other benefit programs and otherwise acting together in dealing with problems of mutual concern.
